    I don't understand how people can wake up, have a glass of water, and go exercise? I'm always so hungry when I wake up in the morning. I can't go out and exercise when I'm hungry.

    I love watching your videos it inspires me to eat new recipes. I am gluten-free its been 3 years already and i'm so inspired your also vegan. I don't think I will go vegan but I've been eating a bit less meat latetly which is good. 😊 Love all ur recipes since I don't need to modifie them at all.

    The mct oils online I'm seeing have 14g of sat fat….how can that be healthy? I'm trying to get my bad cholesterol down, so I'm thinking that's not a good idea for me? Side note, your puppy is too cute!
