Hey! My name is Harshit Jain. I’m from Dibrugarh, Assam, India. So, I’ve been skinny throughout throughout my life and this has been one of the most set-back factors in my life. To add more, Alopecia Areata has sticked around since I was 4 year old and trust me, it literally kills the emotion of a person from inside. A person who suffers from Alopecia drastically, will relate better 🙂

So, in April 2017, I joined the gym weighing 50 kg. Within 3 months I gained 8 kg. With the guidance of my trainer and other members of the gym, I crossed 60 kg soon. And today I weight 66 kg.

Now the key things were:
*I am a vegetarian.

*Many people opted me to go for chicken and egg for more protein but, I found my protein in pulses and dal
.
*Some of the trainers suggested me to go for protein shakes and mass gainers but I gave a research about diet and sticked around my home food which indeed helped me gain muscle and stay healthy throughout the time because you never know about what a supplement can bring to your body apart from gaining muscles as I’ve seen people building good physiques but carrying stretch marks and many more deformities. All I can stay is go natural as long as your body says 🙂

*Yes I am natural till date relying on natural foods including fruits(banana playing a major part) and pulses.

*The most important: during bodybuilding procedure, your body will go through ups and downs a lot and many a times you would think of quitting but remember, stay sticked to your gym, go for better workout plans and eat good food. You’ll definitely, go a long way 🙂

*Lastly, This is not my final form. I’ve a long way to go 🙂

    Way to go Harshit! I'm glad you stuck to vegetarian diet. You can also add tofu, nuts and quinoa to your diet. They're awesome sources of protein. You can continue building an awesome body without consuming dead animals. Cheers!
