Basundi is a very tasty Indian dessert recipe prepared with milk, dry fruits and saffron. Basundi is mostly made in the state of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Karnataka. Basundi is also called as Rabri in North India. Basundi can be made for any festival or celebration or also as a sweet dessert which you can serve after meals. This basundi tastes best when servd chilled.

1 Litre MILK
100 GRAMS MILK POWDER
250 KG SUGAR
50 GRAMS ALMOND
50 GRAMS CASHEWNUT
PISTACHIO
2 TBSP MILK SAFFRON MIX
1 TBSP NUTMEG POWDER
